Section 4(1) in U.P. Street Vendors within the area of an Industrial Development Authority (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2018
(1)There shall be constituted a Town Vending Committee in each Industrial Development Authority in accordance with the provisions of Section 22 of the Act. The term of the Committee shall be for a period of two years from the date of its first meeting:Provided that the State Government may dissolve a Town Vending Committee if it is of opinion that the Committee is not functioning in accordance with the provisions of the Act, rules and scheme made thereunder and may constituted a fresh Town Vending Committee in the place thereof.
