Section 276(2) in Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
(2)Whenever the Secretary or any other officer authorised by him requires an employer in person or by notice in writing, to produce the registers mentioned in sub-rule (1) and any related records, in respect of building workers, the employer shall make available such registers and records to the officer concerned for inspection, and if the records are not immediately returned, the inspecting officer shall issued a receipt for the records so retained by him.
