Section 7(1) in Jharkhand Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2014
(1)The Chairperson or a Member shall hold office for a term of three years from the date he enters upon his office:Provided that, the Chairperson or a Member may be re-appointed but not for more than two consecutive terms:Provided further that the Chairperson or a Member shall not hold office after he has attained the age of seventy years.
