67A. [ Intra-state transit of goods. [Section 67A inserted vide J&K VAT (Amendment) Act, 2008 dated 30.12.2008 w.e.f. 01.4.2008.]
- The Commissioner may, by notification in the Government Gazette provide for a mechanism for regulating the intra-state transit of goods occasioned by reasons other than by way of sale.]
