Section 1 in The Rajasthan Maternity Benefit Rules, 1967
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These Rules may be called the Rajasthan Maternity Benefit Rules, 1967.(2)They shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf and from such date the Rajasthan Maternity Benefit Rules, 1954. shall stand superseded.
