Section 1 in The Armed Forces Tribunal (Financial and Administrative Powers) Rules, 2008
1. Short title and commencement.
(1) These rules may be called the Armed Forces Tribunal (Financial and Administrative Powers) Rules, 2008.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in Official Gazette.
