________________________________________________________ Sanjay Karol, Acting Chief Justice (oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record communication, dated 26th August, 2017. He states that two posts that of Head Teacher and JBT are lying vacant in Government Primary School, Thainser. Insofar as one vacancy of Head Teacher is concerned, steps for filling up the same, by way of promotion, stand taken. Learned Additional Advocate General further states that a meeting of Departmental Promotion Committee shall be positively convened within a period of four weeks from today.1

2. Insofar as the vacant post of JBT is concerned, now Smt. Chander Kanta (JBT) stands transferred, though she has not joined the said school. We are informed that said teacher already stands relieved .
from her previous place of posting. As such, we direct respondent No. 2 to ensure that she positively joins the school within next two weeks.
With the passage of time, we are hopeful that posts of D.M. and PET shall also be filled up.
3. With the aforesaid observation, petition stands disposed of, so also pending applications, if any.
