Section 12(5) in Tamil Nadu Co-Operative Handloom Weavers Family Pension Rules, 1992
(5)The nomination made by a member under the scheme shall be registered in the books of the society and also by the Assistant Director in the relevant register maintained in his office. The nomination shall take effect on such registration by the society and the Assistant Director.
