(1)The Tender Inviting Authority shall have the Notice Inviting Tenders published in the Indian Trade Journal in all cases where the project value exceeds rupees Seventy Five crore for Goods and Services and rupees hundred crore for Construction. ;(ii)for sub-rule (4), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely :
