50. Interim order of transfer of staff. -
Pending finalisation of such transfer of employees to the Bidhan Chandra Krishi [Viswavidyalaya] [The word within square brackets substituted for the words 'Viswa Vidyalaya' throughout this Act by W. Act 31 of 1981.], the State Government may pass interim orders of transfer allocating temporarily any of the employees of the Kalyani University to the Bidhan Chandra Krishi [Viswavidyalaya] [The word within square brackets substituted for the words 'Viswa Vidyalaya' throughout this Act by W.
