Section 7(1) in The Madras Port Petroleum Rules, 1963
(1)All the mechanical and electrical fitments on vessels discharging petroleum in bulk shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with Lloyd's or other approved Society's rules for vessels intended to carry petroleum in bulk.
