4. Temporary association of person.
- The Board may associate with itself by nomination from amongst the persons who have special knowledge or practical experience in the field of housing, engineering, law, town planning, environment, architecture, traffic and transport, planning or such other specialisation for the purposes of tendering advice in the respective fields to the Board in performing its functions.
