Section 82(2) in Assam State Housing Board Act, 1972
(2)The Board shall give to the person or person so appointed all facilities for the proper conduct to the inquiries and shall produce before the person or persons any document, account or information in the possession of the Board, which such person or persons demand for the purposes of the inquiries.
