Section 282(1) in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(1)The owner driver or person in charge of any public conveyance in which any person suffering from a dangerous disease or the dead body of any person who has died of such disease has been carried shall immediately take the conveyance for disinfection to a place appointed under sub-section (1) of Section 279.
