Section 45(1) in The Orissa Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1958
(1)On the coming into force of this Act by a notification under Sub-section (3) of Section 1 the enactments mentioned in the Schedule below shall stand repealed to the extent specified in the fourth column thereof;
