(1)A memo of appearance filed in any Court other than the High Courts shall bear the Madhya Pradesh Adhivakta Kalyan Nidhi Stamp of the value of [Four rupees] [Inserted by M.P. Act 16 of 1999, Section 2, (w.e.f. 5-5-1999).].
