Section 43(1)(ii) in Telangana Universities Act, 1991

(ii)three experts from outside the University to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor from out of a panel prepared every year by the Board of Studies and approved by the [Executive Council] [Throughout the Act for the words 'Board of Management' the words 'Executive Council' substituted by Act No.13 of 1995.] of whom atleast two shall be present in the Selection Committee;
