Section 5(ix) in The Rajasthan State Warehousing Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1974
(ix)Letter of Acceptance. - Every person to whom a letter of appointment has been issued shall confirm in writing and in a form as may be prescribed his acceptance of the offer within the prescribed time limit as stipulated in the aforesaid letter of appointment.
