WRIT PETITION No.5805 of 2019
ORDER:-
This Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
".....to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th respondent in passing Lr.No.75/2018 dated 30.11.2018, without jurisdiction, provision of law, unilaterally, without any notice or opportunity to the petitioners, the fraud played by the 5th respondent and his followers and got compromise award dated 22.06.2018 passed in I.A.No.559 of 2018 in O.S.No.605 of 2018, on the file of Lokadalat, At Kurnool, which is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and violative principles of under Article 14, 16, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the impugned order dated 30.11.2018 issued by the 4th respondent and further direction to the respondents not to create any third party interest in respect of the petitioners house plots in Sy.No.92/1 and 93/3 situated at Kallur Village and Mandal, Kurnool District and to take action against the 4th respondent by initiating departmental proceedings and criminal proceedings against the 5th respondent with all consequential benefits."
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Registration and Stamps appearing for the respondents.
3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the in view of the Settlement reached between the parties vide Settlement Deed dated 05.12.2020, no further adjudication of the matter is required and prays to close the Writ Petition. 2
4. Recording the said submission, by allowing the I.A.No. 1 of 2021, the Writ Petition is closed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
