Section 5(xxi) in Tamil Nadu National Law School Act, 2012
(xxi)to establish and maintain within the Schools premises or elsewhere, such class rooms and study halls as the School may consider necessary and adequately furnish the same and to establish and maintain such libraries and reading rooms as may appear convenient or necessary for the School;
