CM No.4675-CI of 2016 Applicants seek leave of the Court to file appeal on behalf of the legal representatives of late Sh. Sunil Kumar, on the basis of particulars given in para 2 of the application.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicants, instant application is allowed, for the reasons stated therein, however, subject to all just exceptions. Leave sought is granted.

CM No.4674-CI of 2016 Applicants seek condonation of delay of 673 days in filing the appeal.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicants, instant application is allowed, for the reasons stated therein. Delay of 673 days in filing the appeal is condoned. However, in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Imrat Lal and others Vs. Land Acquisition Collector and others, 2015 (1) SCC (Civil) 242, the applicants-appellants shall not be entitled for interest for this period of 673 days in filing the appeal.

In view of the abovesaid undisputed fact situation obtaining in the present case, instant appeal is ordered to be disposed of, in terms of the order dated 01.03.2016 passed by this Court in Sudarshan Kumar's case (supra).
Disposed of, accordingly.
