1. Mr Maheshkumar S. Sonawane, learned Advocate appears for respondent/Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon in all these matters.
2. Heard learned Advocates for the respective sides.
3. The petitioners in all these petitions are the Zilla Parishad employees. They have appeared before this Court by challenging the orders dated 24/12/2025, 14/01/2026, 19/01/2026, whereby they are directed to get disability certificate verified within a period of seven days and pursuant thereto there are communications. The petitioners are relying on following orders passed by this Court :-
1957.26wp etc (3) (I) Order dated 15/10/2025 passed in Writ Petition No.12856/2025 (Shri. Ajitkumar Gulabrao Patil and others Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others);
(II) Order dated 15/10/2025 passed in Writ Petition No.12855/2025 (Shri. Sunil Dagadu More and others Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others); and (III) Order dated 02/02/2026, passed in Writ Petition No.754/2026 (Rajendra Vasant Narwade and others Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others)
4. Mr Sonawane, learned Advocate appearing for respondent/Zilla Parishad submits that the orders are already passed by this Court. He submits that the orders are subject to outcome of those writ petitions.
5. Considering the above, issue notice to the respondents in all these writ petitions, returnable on 23/03/2026.
6. Learned AGPs waive service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in Writ Petition Nos.1957/2026 and Writ Petition No.569/2026; and for respondent Nos.1 to 3 in Writ Petition Nos.1849/2026 and Writ Petition No.1855/2026. Learned Advocate 1957.26wp etc (4) Mr Sonawane waives service of notice for respondent Nos.5 to 7 in Writ Petition No.1957/2026, for respondent Nos.5 to 19 in Writ Petition No.569/2026 and for respondent Nos.4 to 6 in Writ Petition No.1849/2026 and Writ Petition No.1855/2026.
7. Till next date, there shall be ad interim relief in terms of prayer clause (F) in all these petitions. Needless to say that the interim relief shall be subject to outcome of these petitions.
8. Learned Advocate Mr Sonawane for Zilla Parishad shall communicate this order to the concerned authorities.
