1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Indian Wireless Telegraphy (Commercial Radio Operator's Certificate Proficiency and Licence to Operate Global Maritime Distress and Safety System) Rules, 1994.(2)They shall, come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
