1. Mr. Mukesh Kumar Tiwari, learned Counsel for the petitioner, seeks an adjournment on the ground that owing to his office getting flooded, the documents relating to case are not traceable. He submits that he is restructuring the file.
2. The petitioner is also directed to advance submissions on why the petitioner should not be directed to deposit the entire awarded amount in view of the orders passed by the Supreme Court in Manish v. Godawari Marathawada Irrigation Development Corporation1 and Toyo Engineering Corporation v. IOCL2.
3. Re-notify on 4 September 2024.
