Section 71(3) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(3)(i)The canteen referred to in sub-rule (1) shall sufficiently lighted at all times when any person access to it;(ii)The floor of such canteen shall be made of smooth and impervious material and inside walls of such canteen shall be lime washed or colour-washed at least once in every six months:Provided that such inside walls of the kitchen of such canteen shall be lime-washed once in every three months.
