Section 1 in The Castor Seeds (Grading and Marking) Rules, 2011
1. Short title, application and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Castor Seeds (Grading and Marking) Rules, 2011.
(2)They shall apply to Castor seeds obtained from the plant Ricinus Communis Linn of the family Euphorbiaceae.(3)They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
