Section 11(9) in The Rules for Payment Of Grant-in-Aid to Non-Government Educational, Cultural & Physical Education Institutions, 1963
(9)Director, Technical Education for proposals on technical education.The Director of Education shall intimate the amount that may be available for the above grants in the financial year to the above committee when meets to consider applications for grant-in-aid.
