Section 90(2) in Gujarat Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2017
(2)If the holder of a mineral concession fails without sufficient cause to furnish the information referred to in sub-rule (1), the Government may impose a fine which may extend to rupees one lakh and in the case of continued contravention of the provisions of sub-rule (1), the Government may terminate the mineral concession:Provided that no such order shall be made without giving the concession holder a reasonable opportunity of stating his case.
