Section 2(1)(g) in The Bihar Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1960

(g)"Licensee" means a person or established under this Act for the market area and includes a market proper, a principal market yard and sub-market yard or yards, if any:

(i)"market area" means any area declared to be a market area under section 4:
