Section 1 in The Medical Termination of Pregnancy Madhya Pradesh Regulations, 1975
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These regulations may be called the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Madhya Pradesh Regulations, 1975.(2)They extend to the whole of Madhya Pradesh.(3)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the "Madhya Pradesh Gazette".
