(2)Soon after the receipt of the notice referred to in Sub-clause (1) above, the Authority shall send the concerned Planner of the Authority to the proposed building site and the layout for foundation of the proposed multi-storeyed building shall be made in presence of the Planner. The Planner shall also submit a report to the Authority to the effect that the layout has been made as per the approved plan.
