Section 62(3) in West Bengal Trade Unions Rules, 1998
(3)The valid ballot papers and the rejected ballot papers shall thereafter be bundled separately and sealed, and on the sealed covers the following particulars shall be recorded :(a)name of the election ;(b)the particulars of the polling station where the ballot papers have been used ; and(c)the date of counting.
