Section 557(1) in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952
(1)Every petition for the winding up of a company, unless presented by the company, shall be served at the registered office of the company, or if there is no registered office, then at the principal or last known principal place of the company, if any such can be found, by leaving a copy thereof and a copy of the order made under rule 555 with an officer, servant or member of the company there or in case no officer, servant or member can be found at such office, then the service shall be effected by registered post or in such other manner, as the Judge may direct.
