6. Audit of the Fund.
(1)The fund shall be audited by the Auditors appointed under sub-Section (1) of section 40 of the Act and the provision of sub-sections (2) to (5) thereof shall apply for the purpose of this regulation.(2)The charges on account of audit shall be paid out of the fund.
