Section 49(4) in The Rajasthan Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur Act, 2000
(4)All the employees serving in such units of the Rajasthan Agriculture University, Bikaner which have been transferred to this University, shall be deemed to be the employees of this University in effect from the date of the commencement of this Act:Provided that notwithstanding anything contained in the Rajasthan Agriculture University, Bikaner Act, 1987 (Act No. 39 of 1987), the employees of this University and of the Rajasthan Agriculture University, Bikaner shall be afforded opportunity to exercise option within one year from the date of commencement of this Act to have their services transferred from one University to another, and option once exercised shall be final.
