Section 2(vii) in Bihar State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Delegation of Financial Powers) Regulations, 2005
(vii)Head of the office shall mean Secretary of the Commission or any other officer of the Commission to whom such financial powers may be delegated by the Chairman.
