(4)by delegates of its members where the society has its members individuals, the number whereof exceeds 1500 (one thousand five hundred) and the area of operation of the society extends to more than one revenue district:Provided that the number of such delegates shall not in, any case, exceed one hundred.Explanation. - The term "member" used in this rule shall include an ordinary member and a sympathiser member but shall not include a nominal or an associate member.]
