Section 16(2) in Saurashtra University (Amendment) Act, 1968
(2)The term of office of a member to be elected for the first time under item (aa) of clause (iv) of paragraph (a) under the heading "Class II Ordinary Members" in sub-section (1) of section 16 of the principal Act shall be coterminous with the term of office of the member referred to in clause (a) of sub-section (1) of this section.".
