8. Rights and obligations of third parties restricted.
- Upon the transfer being effected in accordance with the provisions of the Act and these rules, the rights and obligations of all persons shall be restricted to the Transferee to whom they are assigned to and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any deed, documents, instruments, agreements or arrangements which such person has with the Board, he shall not claim any right or interest against the Board or any other Transferee.
