(2)The Licensee shall be bound to give effect to any orders passed by the Prohibition & Excise Superintendent if any such agent including the authorized person of "Tree for Tapper" Licensee or servant who commits any breach of these rules, applicable to the Licences or other provisions made by or under the Act.
