Section 13 in Orissa News Media Accreditation Rules, 2006
13. Provisional Accreditation.
- Accreditation on a provisional basis may be granted by the Director with approval of Government on recommendation of minimum of four members of the Committee till the next meeting of the Committee if the applicant fulfils all the qualifications laid down for grant of accreditation. In absence of the Committee, provisional accreditation may be granted by the Director on approval of the Government.
