Section 29 in Distillery, Bottling and Warehouse Rules Made Under Madhya Pradesh Excise Act, 1915
(29)The licensee shall maintain pucca covered pits or steel tanks for the storage of Molasses to the extent of 40% of annual requirement of the distillery. Pits or tanks shall be properly covered and secured by boundary walls as per specifications laid down by Central Molasses Control Board, Government of India.
