11. Penalties.
- If, any competent authority or any officer or Authority makes an order of posting or appointment or transfer in contravention of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder, such competent authority or officer or Authority as the case may be, shall be liable for disciplinary action under the disciplinary rules applicable to civil servants.
