Section 2(g) in Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Ex-Members and Family Pensioners (Medical Facilities) Rules, 2010
(g)[] [Renumbered by Notification No. F7(1) Sansad/2012 dated June 14, 2012 w.e.f. 1st April, 2012.] "Secretary" means the Secretary, Rajasthan Legislative Assembly and includes any officer of the said Assembly, specially empowered by the Speaker to perform the functions of the Secretary under these rules.
