Section 72(1) in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Election Rules, 2003
(1)The Collector shall in pursuance of and in consonance with provisions of the Act in this behalf, by notification publish in Form-4 in the District Gazette, call upon on such date or dates as may be specified therein to elect the Chairman and members of the Managing Committee of the Project Committee.
