Section 14(4) in Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority Regulations, 1999
(4)If any member ceases to be member of the Taluk Legal Services Committee for any reason, the vacancy shall be filled up in the same manner as the original nomination and the person so nominated shall continue to be a member for the remaining term of the member in whose place he is nominated.
