Section 15(1) in The Rajasthan Subordinate Co-Operative Service (Class I) Rules, 1955
(1)No person shall be recruited to the Service, including the post of Asstt. Publicity Officer and Publicity Officer, by promotion unless he has been serving in the Rajasthan Subordinate Co- operative Service (Class II) for at least 5 years on the last day of January of the year in which the selection is made and has successfully completed the course of training prescribed for Asstt. Inspectors.Explanation.- Service on a corresponding post in the Co-operative Department of an erst-while State of Rajasthan shall count as service in the Rajasthan Subordinate Co-operative Service Class II.
