Section 18 in The Punjab Backward Classes Land Development and Finance Corporation Act, 1976
18. Land Development and Finance Fund.
- Save as otherwise provided in sections 19 and 20 -(1)all amounts that are received by the Corporation from any source whatsoever shall be credited to the Land Development and Finance Fund;(2)all amounts that are extended by the Corporation shall be debited to this Fund.
