(6)The Collector may, also require any such person to make or deliver to him at the specified time and place (such time not being earlier than thirty days after the date of requisition), a statement containing, so far as may be practicable, the names of every other person possessing any interest in the mineral bearing land or any part thereof as a co-proprietor, sub-proprietor, mortgagee or otherwise and of the nature of such interest.
