Section 24(1) in Haryana Pond and Waste Water Management Authority Act, 2018
(1)The fund of the Authority shall consist of the amount to be paid to it by the Government and all other receipts by way of gift, grant, penalties, fee, user charges or otherwise and shall be utilized for making payments and for performing its duties and discharging its functions under this Act.
